The included breakfast is super dissatisfying (they didn't even have omelette, just boiled eggs, fries and cheap sausage. Plus some cereal and milk). Walls in rooms are overly thin, I woke up several times because the guy next door was boiling a kettle, that is how thin they are. The room was manageable. The location is great, very close to the subway. The staff was normal, not more than that.

Staying on this hotel was a horrible choice & experience for me. While booking the room I picked up a room with a bed for two persons (large-size and not-separated beds), when I went to the room I figured out that they gave me a room with two separated beds at the end of the day although I made the booking 3 days beforehand. As others mentioned and to be fair checking-out receptionist was so rude cause I asked him to call a taxi for me and he refused to call one unless I want to go to the airport ( I think that there is an agreement between them and the taxi station related to the commission thing) also tried to reach the reception by room phone twice to require some stuff but they didn’t pick up the phone… So this was my experience, I hope that they can see my feedback and working on it to improve the reputation and their staff’s behaviour.

Not place to stay it is for very very lower budget places, staff very rude they ask you you can’t order food from outside you only have to buy from us, Horrible shower ever soap was for clothes looks like it was pinky We book room for two single and the guys said we don’t have and not willing to help us

I was so skeptical to book at first but I am glad I did! The hotel is cozy, the staff speaks English fairly and everyone is so friendly and helpful! The breakfast is simple but honestly delicious and well-cooked! The hotel is clean generally and even the rooms. The location is fantastic; it's a 5-minute walking distance from the metro station. As for the downside, there's a weird smell in the bathroom which I assume it's due to lack of ventilation but you can keep the door closed and you will be fine. I am honestly enjoying my stay at the hotel for the price I paid, it kind of exceeded my expectations.

We stayed here for just a little over 2 weeks.. if you don’t want to spend too much money on a hotel and you just want a nice healthy breakfast and a place to sleep this is the place to go.. we explored a lot of Istanbul and just wanted a decent place to sleep shower etc.. Febor hotel was just perfect.. the breakfast was simple but very pleasant and healthy.. it had its basics but it did the job for a good breakfast.. they don’t have 50 different dishes for you it’s simple eggs veg bread nice and quick with a variety of hot drinks… I read a lot of comments mentioning the breakfast but honestly it was just right.. the hotels housekeeping was brilliant.. constantly clean towels fresh bedding etc… reception was very friendly and helpful… the place over all did a fantastic job.. people can’t moan about a place over small things when your not paying a lot for the amount they charge per night it’s cheap and decent… it was a great experience staying in istanbul.. I’m glad we picked this hotel all the staff are amazing.. 😊

It's the only hotel in this location with affordable prices. So location is good, reception desk service is good, breakfast normal, but rooms very old and there is smell from bathroom, so always need to keep door closed. Also hairdryer is very old so it's even scare to use it. From hotel amenities in bathroom just dispenser with soap/shower gel/shampoo in one, and there is nothing else.

the hotel was great in 2018 , now every thing is bad , the reception is rude the breakfast is bad , previously I rate this hotel4 stars now its 2 or less , THE WIFI IS VERY UNSTABLE AND WEAK IN ROOMS. And again the reception staff are very rude people.
